I can safely say that, whenever anyone decides to make the effort to develop an active passion to balance their health and well being, it is probably the best decision they are likely to make.  

Simply it is because without health you have nothing at all.

It does not matter which sport you wish to improve, or even if you have no interest in sport.  If you improve your body then you improve your life.

Take, for example, football, running, golf or tennis.  There are so many hamstring injuries in these sports and, to this day, the misery continues.    Yet the answer to the problem is quite simple: Work on developing flexibility.
